Truckmixer Drums
Our standard production drums are meticulously crafted using 4mm S355JR steel for both the body and internal helix. The drum ring, expertly shaped from 60-90 steel by our specialized team, is applied. The dome section utilizes 5mm S355JR steel, and the drum connection flange is precision-fabricated from 5050 square steel using state-of-the-art welding technology. Inside the dome, strength is maximized through the use of 9 support pieces. To prevent helix wear, a meticulous 530 wiping assembly is employed. Employing cutting-edge robot technologies, we enhance strength through the external welding process.
Front Console
Tailored for 8-10-12-14-16m³ Truckmixers, our front consoles are constructed with 5mm S355JR, 10mm S355JR, and 1001005mm profiles. Continuous improvement, informed by both static and dynamic calculations and feedback from our long-standing use of Truckmixers, is achieved through our superior welding technologies. All connections of Truckmixer Reducers are compactly designed to withstand the rigors of extended use, accounting for static and dynamic forces during operation.
Universal Helix
In the course of the revision process for 8-10-12-14-16m³ Truckmixers, helices are meticulously manufactured with minimal labor using either 3mm S355JR steel or 4mm S355JR steel, tailored to specific requests. Upon demand, the entire inner helix group can also be crafted from 3mm S355JR steel or 4mm S355JR steel for your application.
Water Tank
Crafted in 350lt, 650lt, or 1000lt capacities, these tanks are engineered for compatibility with both air-pressured and water-pumped systems. Fabricated with precision using 3mm S355JR or 5mm S355JR steel, these tanks ensure impeccable impermeability and strength under pressure. To minimize vibrations during transit, a 3mm S355JR steel wave breaker assembly is utilized. Additionally, a gauge set facilitates easy monitoring of water levels. During high-pressure filling, a discharge pipe is strategically mounted in the tank at the upper filling level to prevent undue stress on the water supply system.
Water Tank Console
Available in 350lt, 650lt, or 1000lt capacities, these consoles are designed for compatibility with both air-pressured and water-pumped systems. Crafted with precision using 4mm S355JR steel and 5mm S355JR steel, the gripping body structure ensures a seamless connection of the water tank to the Trans Mixer while providing mechanical strength at the highest standard.
Water Tank Straps
These are auxiliary equipment used to secure 350lt, 650lt, or 1000lt water tanks to the water tank consoles. Manufactured in a universal structure using 5-50 wiping and M10 rod, they boast top-notch strength.
Rear Console
Tailored specifically for 8-10-12-14-16m³ Truckmixers, the rear consoles incorporate 5mm S355JR, 10mm S355JR, and 1001005mm profiles. Informed by necessary static and dynamic calculations, along with feedback from years of Trans Mixer use, we continually enhance our products using advanced welding technologies. Rollers for the Trans Mixer Boiler receive various reinforcement components during manufacturing on the rear console to bear the load under both static and dynamic forces. Our compact, universal option is compatible with almost all brands, and we also offer custom manufacturing based on specific requests.
Discharging Chute
Formed from 3mm S355JR steel, the main outlines are shaped, and to counteract wear due to friction forces during concrete flow, a wear plate is mounted using 2mm S355JR steel, achieving almost double the strength. For increased strength, reinforced connection pieces made from 5mm S355JR steel are mounted at the connection points to the Truckmixers. Universally designed to fit most brands, and we offer brand-specific manufacturing upon request.
Ladder
The main structure of our universal foldable ladder is crafted from 3mm tubing. To prevent slipping and enhance grip, 5-25 wiping is used to form the steps. At the upper step point, a specially crafted extended metal material, combined with corner brackets using superior welding technologies, forms the Platform Section. For safety and ease of use, hinges made from 5mm S355JR steel provide foldability to the ladder. Additionally, support flags crafted from 5mm S355JR steel contribute to reinforcing the strength of the stairs.
Filling Chute
The main structure is formed by shaping 3mm S355JR steel, and to counteract wear during concrete flow, a wear plate is mounted using 2mm S355JR steel, providing nearly double the strength. To enhance strength, various connection pieces made from reinforced 5mm S355JR steel are mounted at the Truckmixer’s connection points. Universally designed, it fits most brands. During manufacturing, holes created at the top of the body to facilitate easy installation of the chute gasket, preventing potential concrete spills under the central.
V Chute
Shaped from 3mm S355JR steel, the main structure is reinforced by mounting a 4mm S355JR steel plate on a 65 NPU to enhance strength under static and dynamic forces. Various support pieces made from 5mm S355JR steel are added to strengthen the V channel. With a universal design, it can be easily mounted on most Truckmixer brands. Additionally, various bends are incorporated to maximize strength at key points.
Safety Harness
Used as an auxiliary element that allows controlled movement at a specific angle during vehicle motion, the safety harness prevents and limits unintended movements during potential shocks. It is also used for the connection of the filling chute. Crafted with care from 65 NPU material, it is precisely shaped, and necessary holes are opened for mounting on the Truckmixer.
Chassis Flags
Auxiliary flags facilitating the connection between the Truckmixer and the vehicle are crafted from S255JR steel. Depending on the brand and model of the vehicle where the Truckmixer will be mounted, these flags are manufactured from 10mm S355JR steel in various dimensions. To prevent unwanted incidents such as breakage during vehicle movement, the connection to the vehicle is done using bolts and nuts, while the Truckmixer connection is achieved through welding. Specifically engineered for the vehicle under static and dynamic forces through high-level engineering calculations.
Pulley Console
Shaped to accommodate, pulleys produced in 280-160-50mm diameters in our standard production. Custom production is available upon request for various pulley types. The main body of the pulley console is made from 10mm S355JR steel, forming a critical support for almost all the load at the rear point of the drum. To enhance strength, it is reinforced with 5mm S355JR steel. With holes in the lower body, easy installation on the rear console and adjustment of the angle during assembly are facilitated.
Additional Chute Chasis & Additional Chute Holder
The additional channel chute, mounted on the Truckmixer body, is an auxiliary apparatus connected to the truckmixer’s chassis to accommodate an additional channel on the vehicle for on-demand use. Constructed using 45-degree angle iron to form the main frame, appropriate holes are drilled to facilitate the installation of additional channel holder parts made from 4mm S355JR steel. The auxiliary holes on the main body allow for the easy installation of the additional chute spring.
Truckmixer Chasis
The main chassis of the Truckmixer is standardly manufactured using 80-160-8mm profiles, tailored to fit the dimensions of the vehicle where it will be installed. Various bending and welding processes are expertly applied to make it suitable for the vehicle. This component, bearing all the load between the Truckmixer and the vehicle, possesses high strength and durability.
V Chute Connection Plates
To secure the V chute to the rear console, these plates are crafted from 5mm S355JR steel. The holes drilled on them allow for easy and secure attachment to the rear console, providing strength to the connection of the V channel. The curved structure ensures both high strength and enhanced connection resistance of the V chute.
Universal Shaft Guard
Serving as an auxiliary apparatus, the shaft guard protects the connection between the vehicle’s PTO output and the Truckmixer pump from external impacts. Simultaneously, it minimizes unintended operator errors. Crafted from 4mm S355JR steel, this protective component is designed to be attached to the Truckmixer pump console pipe in suitable dimensions and shapes.
Hand Pump Connection Plate
Used for connecting the hydraulic jack’s pump part, which adjusts the discharge channel at an appropriate angle during concrete discharge, to the Truckmixer. Crafted from 5mm S355JR steel, it includes holes for proper connection to the hydraulic jack’s reservoir and additional holes and bends to ensure functionality and strength.
Control Lever Connection Plate
An auxiliary part made from S355JR steel, this component is used to secure the control lever, which is used to mechanically steer the Truckmixer. Holes are drilled for the installation of the control lever, and it can be securely fastened to the Truckmixer through both U-shaped holes and welding.
Universal Bumper
Crafted from 80-160-3mm steel material, the universal bumper is designed to absorb impacts from the rear of the vehicle, preventing damage to the Truckmixer. Its universal design allows it to be installed on various vehicles.
Universal Taillight Holder (Stopper)
This auxiliary apparatus facilitates the installation of indicator lights on the rear of the vehicle where the Truckmixer is mounted. Manufactured from 3mm S355JR steel, its shaped design protects indicator lights from external factors, minimizing potential damage.
Pump Console Holders
These connection pieces, crafted from 5mm S355JR and 10mm S355JR steel, along with a 102-5 pipe and U-connector, are used to mount the hydraulic pump, which creates hydraulic pressure for the rotational movement of the Truckmixer through power obtained from the PTO. The assembly is securely fastened using welding.
Discharge Chute Wear Plate
Crafted from 2mm S355JR steel, this wear plate is applied to the discharge chute, extending the chute’s lifespan by protecting it from wear caused by friction during concrete flow. Universally sized, it is compatible with almost all brands and is welded onto the discharge channel for installation.
Filling Chute Wear Plate
Similar to the discharge channel wear plate, this 2mm S355JR steel plate is applied to the filling chute to extend its lifespan by protecting against wear caused by friction during concrete flow. Universally sized, it is compatible with almost all brands and is welded onto the filling channel for installation.
Filling Chute Upper Connection Piece
Crafted from 8mm S255JR steel, this auxiliary part is designed for the connection of the filling chute. It features a total of 4 holes, allowing easy mounting of the safety harness to the filling chute. Its curved structure adds strength to the overall design.
Filling Chute Lower Connection Piece
Crafted from 8mm S255JR steel, this auxiliary part is designed for the connection of the filling fl. It chute. atures 2 holes for the connection of the V channel, and welding is employed for its installation onto the filling chute. While it is produced in standard dimensions for regular manufacturing, modifications may be necessary for vehicles undergoing alterations.
Rotating Chute Lock
During concrete pouring or when the vehicle is in motion, it is essential to secure the discharge chute in various positions. This auxiliary device achieves this by mechanical compression. Universally designed, it is utilized in various Truckmixer models.
Discharge Chute Connection Assembly
This assembly includes various components such as pipes, shafts, S355JR steel, NPU, bolts, nuts, enabling the connection of components on the vehicle and providing the ability for the discharge chute to rotate. Despite the availability of different sizes, its universal design allows it to serve in many Truckmixer groups.
Ladder Connection Pipe Assembly
These auxiliary pipes, available in various sizes, are used for connecting the ladder to the rear console. Their curved structure allows for the connection of elements such as the control lever connection plate and the hydraulic channel lifting jack reservoir plate to the Truckmixer.
Ecological Cover
Used to prevent unintended concrete spills while the Truckmixer is in motion with a load, this part is crafted from 4mm S355JR steel. It incorporates P gasket mounting and various part assemblies to form a cohesive unit, and it is mounted onto the vehicle. The gap on it ensures that it does not interfere with the water supply pipe to the tank. The connection group is meticulously crafted to allow flexibility.
S Hose
Made from plastic material and equipped with 2 clamps, this auxiliary part facilitates the water supply between the water tank and the water pump. Its universal design allows it to be used in various Truckmixer groups.
Water Pump
The water pump is an auxiliary component that pumps water obtained from the Truckmixer water tank through the S hose. It uses the motion received from the reducer to pump water into the Truckmixer’s water system. Thanks to its universal design, it can be used in all Truckmxier. Additionally, during installation, it incorporates a plastic motion transfer material to safeguard against damages that may occur during compression.
Control Lever and Spiral
These are auxiliary elements that provide mechanical direction to the Truckmixer. The spiral connects the Truckmixer tank to the hydraulic pump’s directional valve, allowing the operator to easily control the direction of the Truckmixer during discharge and filling. The control lever on the other hand, is the component that imparts movement to the spiral, changing the position of the directional valve. The control lever has a universal design and can be used in all Truckmixer while the spiral is manufactured in various sizes based on the vehicle and Truckmixer capacity.
Water System Components
These are auxiliary equipments used for various tasks in the Truckmixer, such as washing, filling the water tank, and connecting hoses, ensuring the system’s stability and increasing water pressure. It includes various components such as valves, clamps, and hose records in different sizes.
Hydraulic Jack Set
This set of components enables the adjustment of the discharge chute’s angle using hydraulic oil pressure during concrete pouring or when movement is required. With its universal design, it can be easily installed on all Truckmixer groups.
Washing Hoses
These hoses, available in various sizes and lengths, are used to direct pressurized water obtained from the water pump. They are designed to withstand high pressures and are resistant to freezing risks in cold weather, serving as an essential part of the Truckmixer’s water system.
Barrier Equipment
Barrier equipment protects the space around the vehicle where the Truckmixer is installed, providing a shield against external dangers and addressing potential safety issues caused by the vehicle. Depending on the vehicle model, various aluminum profile sizes are used, and the connection to the Truckmixer is achieved with various sizes of bent pipes and bolts. Plastic caps are also available for the aluminum profile.
Chute Rubbers
Chute rubbers are auxiliary equipment made of plastic material and are connected to the discharge chute and V chute using bolts. They are used to prevent concrete spills during concrete filling and discharge from the Truckmixer. Thanks to their universal design, they can be installed on all Truckmixer models.
Ecological Cover Equipment
The ecological cover equipment comprises parts that control the opening and closing movements of the ecological cover by directing the air pressure obtained from the vehicle. With a universal design, it can be used on all Truckmixer groups.
Additional Chute Plastics
Short and long additional chutes used as auxiliary chutes during concrete discharge may experience breakage of their plastic components due to friction during concrete discharge and various natural factors. To extend the lifespan of additional chutes, it is possible to replace their internal plastics. The internal plastics are bent and friction-resistant plastic parts inserted into the additional chutes.
Pulley Plastics
Pulley plastics are used to prevent unwanted situations caused by operator errors or external factors that could damage moving parts due to the roller’s movable structure. They are attached to the pulley console with 2 fastening bolts and are made of plastic.
Additional and Foldable Chutes
These devices assist in easily transferring concrete to various distances during pouring. They are attached to the end of the discharge chute to direct the concrete. Created by fixing friction-resistant plastic to the framework made of profiles, they have a universal structure and can be used in many Truckmixers.
Additional Chute Spring
These devices secure the long additional chutes to the Truckmixer chassis, preventing the chutes from coming loose due to vehicle vibrations during transport. Due to their spring structure, securing and removing the chutes can be easily done. With a universal design, they can be used in all Truckmixer.
Foldable Chute Holder
The foldable chute holder is a set of auxiliary plastic and S355jr sheet metal parts designed to securely hold the foldable chute over the discharge chute while the vehicle is in motion. Its universal structure allows it to be mounted on most Truckmixers.
Ladder Guard
Ladder guards are auxiliary devices made of plastic material designed to prevent potential harm to the operator caused by protrusions from the folding part of the Truckmixer staircase. Thanks to its universal design, it can be mounted on most Truckmixers.
U Connection Equipment
U connection equipment is a set of casting and steel parts used to connect the front and rear consoles to the Truckmixer chassis. It is manufactured in various sizes, providing high strength against stresses that may occur during movement and maintaining a stable structure while in motion.
